CAMPLETON PIER
Chronicled in the Nairnshire Telegraph October 1895.
"The plans for the erection of a pier at Campletown, Ardersier, have been settled. It is to be a more commodious structure than at first proposed. Government grant of �1000 will be forthcoming, and the fishermen and their friends have raised a considerable sum in addition. We understand a sum of about �40 is however, still required to enable the fishermen to fulfill their part in the undertaking. Any subscriptions for the purpose will be gladly received by Major main, Campletown."
