| What is Wicca? |
Wicca has been around for centuries. There is some speculation of it's true origins, but it seems to lean more towards Irish/Celtic backgrounds. I'm not going to get into the history of it, if you want to know the history of Wicca, I'm sure your local library carries loads of information. To me, Wicca is a religon that is highly Goddess oriented. Unlike certian religins, where the role of the woman is at home. | ||||||||||||||||

Some common stereostpes are things like only women can be Witches, Witches are old and ugly, they can fly,the Pentagram is satanic they are evil. I can think of one religin that believes that Withes are evil. Suprisingly enough, this religon claims to love all, and not hold any prejudices. I have proof. From a certain book which these religos people follow, it says this: "Thou shall not suffer a witch to live" Which means basically, Kill the witches! Can you guess what religon this is? I'll tell you, Catholocism. And the book, is the bible. Funny how that works out isn't it? Witches don't even blieve in the devil | Common Stereotypes | ||||||||||||||||
