Blackberry Cordial 
Mash the berries in a food processor or blender or by hand using a potato masher.  Cover the brandy and let stand for 2 - 4 weeks.  Strain out the berries and it is ready to serve, or you can bottle it.

Keep the mashed berries.  They are delicious eaten alone or with the cordial.
