1/4 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup oil 3 cups cooked rice 4 beaten eggs 1/2 tsp. pepper 5 tsp. beef bullion 4 Tbsp soy sauce 6 strips of fried bacon, crumbled 1 cup of cooked, chopped chicken, pork or beef
Fry bacon until crisp, set aside until cool, crumble. Saute onion in bacon fat and oil until lightly browned. Add cooked rice, heat thoroughly, stirring often Stir in eggs, let cook for about five minutes Stirring constantly, add pepper, bullion and soy sauce. Cook three minutes, continuing to stir. Add bacon and meat. Continue to heat until mixture is steaming. Add 2 Tbsp of a gravy mix, stir until blended, serve.
May use sweet and sour sauce or other Oriental sauce as a topping.
