Cook pudding according to directions. Cool overnight. Bake cake according to directions. Cool overnight. On the day you make this: Beat cream. Add 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla while beating. Beat cream to consistency you want. In a large bowl, layer cake on the bottom, then pudding, then top with the cream. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles if you desire.
You can use instant pudding, pre-mixed whipped cream, and prepared cake if you want. Layer as above.
