Baked Scallops

1 pound scallops
wash and drain
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Mix eggs and milk with a fork
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Mix flour and bread crumbs together
1 stick of butter

Dip scallops in egg and milk mixture, drain
Roll scallops in flour and breadcrumb mixture
Place in buttered casserole dish
Melt 1 stick (1/4 cup) of butter and pour over scallops.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
Brown under broiler for five minutes.
Serve.
