mIRC is basesicly a chatting program that is quite unique.It is a program that rely's on server's.It is a not just a chatting program it has popup's with big scripts for many things.One popup script could have 4 differnt parts in it.Or mIRC also has remote witvh works on event such as people joining a channel it might auto maticly say hi or something.the irc part is capital cuz irc mean internet relay chat the m means i dont know what it means yet but i hope to find out.
