It's very easy to use.
Here's how I created my first web page with no clue what I was doing, and without spending a dime on real software:
1. Used Front Page Express to create the basic page.
Click on: Start, Programs, Internet Explorer, Front Page Express
Then just play with it...
(Before saving, be sure to put in a Title: File, Page Properties...)
2. Used
Microsoft GIF Animator to create the animation.

HiJaak Morph to create the morphing Dilbert.

4. Copied the resulting files to my home-page directory at FortuneCity.
Then foolishly bragged about it to Mom... and ultimately felt obligated to add this instruction page.
That's how I did it.
