As an established on-line retailer we have an obligation to our customers (unless of course, it costs us money). So, in an effort to make your consumer rights clear, here are a few basic guidelines:-

  • Any goods received in poor and/or broken condition will not be replaced by us- Try a bonding agent (such as 'SuperStick-O-Matic, available in our range late September)
  • All our products come with an extensive 3day warranty (exclusive of parts and labour)- Although it must be pointed out that this 3day period commences as soon as the goods are despatched- Not when they are recieved. (Typical delivery time 3days)
  • Should you wish to lodge a complaint, please use our specially set-up complaints department- DO NOT contact our management- The Management are very busy 'jollying it up' in Florida for 50 weeks of the year, and are unable (and moreover) unwilling to enter into any individual correspondence.
