Mr. Garrison is the boys' 3rd grade teacher. He is malajusted and treats his hand puppet Mr. Hat as a real person. He uses Mr. Hat to yell and swear at the class. He holds a grudge against Kathie Lee Gifford for beating him in a talent contest. Seems to be homosexual, but denies it. Mr. Hat ran off and Mr. Garrison now has Mr. Twig (for now...).
