I stole most of this info from another site that I do not wish to name.

You'll need a program that makes animated GIFs. If you use Mac, you're screwed cause I don't have a Mac(try other stick death sites to find out). It might be the same type of process, I just don't know what kind of program to use. If you got a PC, I can help. It doesn't matter what type you get. Just don't use the one that comes with PaintShop Pro. It is hard to use and they don't come out the way you want them to. Ask Lycos, or any search engine, with terms like "gif animators" or "animated gif builder." We used Microsoft Gif Animator, until my cpu crashed. And the link was dead.

Draw the individual frames for the movie in a drawing program like Paintshop Pro. Or use good ol' MSPaint, the basic drawing program that comes with Windows. It's what we use. Now when you put them together, you don't have to save them, like most sites say. You can just copy the image and paste it right to the animator, then draw another frame. If you do plan on saving it, type file names with numbers like so: 001.bmp; 002.bmp; 003.bmp; etc. Then open each .bmp up, copy it, and paste it to the animator. Need more help, read the help documents that come with your animator.

Once you're done with the movie, you can upload it to your own web site. Don't got a web site? No problem. Just get a free one at sites like:

FortuneCity.com This is the one we use.
Geocities.com
Angelfire.com
Or click here for a list of free web space providers. List care of TheFreeSite.com.

Don't get space at Xoom.com, Tripod.com. according to SFDT.com, some people put their movies on these servers and had their site shut down due to violent content.

Finished with the movie and done uploading, go to the SFDT Links page and add your URL.
