BUILDING YOUR COLLECTION: Attack Style

Attack-type Beyblades are swift and aggressive, moving in like wild beasts to strike their opponents off balance. For this, you'll need fast-moving blade bases and attack rings that can deal heavy damage.

First priority- start out with:

Burning Kerberous- contains 10-wide weight disk
Dragoon S
Driger S
Driger V2- contains Magnetic South Neo Right spin gear, 10-balance weight disk
Flash Leopard- contains 10-heavy weight disk, SG Semi-Flat blade base

According to Beyblade Damashii, Burning Kerberous' base has wonderful endurance, and can be used as an attacker when launched at an angle. Aim for the sides of the stadium, not the middle. 

Driger S, Driger V2 and Flash Leopard are extremely powerful when uncustomized-- they'll give you the attack power you need, and can survive a rough thrashing. 
Also try the following combinations-- they'll result in less endurance than an uncustomized Driger S, Driger V2 or Flash Leopard, but you'll have one MEAN smash/uppercut attacker at your disposal:

ATTACK RING: Flash Leopard, Driger S or Driger V2-- whichever works best for you
WEIGHT DISK:10-heavy, 10-wide or 10-balance-- see which one suits you better
SPIN GEAR: Magnetic South Neo Right
BLADE BASE: Dragoon S

The following parts will give you a popular customization known as Compact Combo, which is equally well-balanced in Attack, Defense and Endurance:

ATTACK RING: Driger S
WEIGHT DISK: 10-heavy
SPIN GEAR: Magnetic South Neo Right
BLADE BASE: SG Semi-Flat 

These parts will give you an Attack/Endurance combo:

ATTACK RING: Flash Leopard, Driger S or Driger V2-- whichever works best for you
WEIGHT DISK: 10-heavy, 10-wide or 10-balance-- see which one suits you better
SPIN GEAR: Magnetic South Neo Right
BLADE BASE: Burning Kerberous, Driger S or Driger V2-- whichever works best for you

Second priority- aim to get these next:

Bistool
Dranzer V2- contains 10-balance weight disk
Galeon- contains SG Semi-Flat blade base
Dragoon V- contains 10-wide weight disk
Dragoon V2

Ah, the possibilities! As you can see, Bistool's, Dranzer V2's and Galeon's attack rings are a great way to top off just about any blade base:

ATTACK RING: Bistool, Dranzer V2 or Galeon-- whichever works best for you
WEIGHT DISK: 10-heavy, 10-balance or 10-wide-- see which one suits you best
SPIN GEAR: Magnetic South Neo Right
BLADE BASE: Burning Kerberous, Dragoon S, Driger S, Driger V2, Dranzer V2, Dragoon V or Dragoon V2-- whichever works best for you
SUPPORT PARTS (if using a V2 blade base): Dranzer V2, Dragoon V2 or Driger V2-- whichever works best for you

You can also try the following trick: Take apart Dragoon V or V2's spin gear, remove the metal weight core and replace it with Driger V2's or Dranzer V2's magnetic south core. Now use it in this combo for smashy crashy goodness:

ATTACK RING: Dragoon V or V2
WEIGHT DISK: 10-heavy
SPIN GEAR: Dragoon V or V2 with magnetic south core
BLADE BASE: Dragoon S or Dranzer V2-- see which one suits you better
SUPPORT PARTS (if using Dranzer V2 blade base): Dranzer V2, Dragoon V2 or Driger V2-- whichever works best for you

Here's another combo with all-around good Attack, Defense and Endurance:

ATTACK RING: Bistool
WEIGHT DISK: 10-balance
BLADE BASE: Bistool

And again with Bistool's attack ring, a smash attacker with decent Defense and Endurance:

ATTACK RING: Bistool
WEIGHT DISK: 10-balance or 10-heavy-- see which one suits you better
SPIN GEAR: Magnetic South Neo Right
BLADE BASE: SG Semi-Flat

Also try Dranzer V2 by itself for an extremely effective Attack/Endurance blade.

After you get the important stuff, you may also want to try these:

Gaia Dragoon V (also known as Strata Dragoon)- contains 10-wide weight disk, Magnetic South Neo Right spin gear
Kid Dragoon or Master Dragoon (these are the same blade, they're just colored differently)- contains SG Flat blade base
Seaborg 2- contains SG Flat blade base
Trygle

Want a killer uppercut? Try this against tall, light blades like Wyborg or Seaborg to send them reeling:

BLADE BASE: Dragoon S
