Springer Shocked in Demo Debacle

Jerry Springer, American talk show host, awoke in his mansion this morning to cries of: "Mickey Mouse, eats our house, Minnie Mouse, eats our grouse!".

When the startled Jerry opened his curtains he saw around 300 protestors outside his house, singing the chant fervently.

Police with laughing gas were quickly deployed to Jerry's large garden estate. Four policeman were injured on the deadly venus fly traps Jerry keeps in wheelbarrows.

The crowd quickly dispersed when the police started indiscriminately shooting plastic chickens into the swimming pool.

Jerry is still shocked from his ordeal and his nephew Garry Shandling is looking after him in his Sherman Oaks home.
