Today Lets look at the horrible things that are wrong with todays court system.

Here are some examples of what I'm talking about. Now i did some stupid stuff who hasn't But you tell me what's wrong with this picture, OK. I did some damage to a high school back in my younger years, ok it was a lot. I got 2 years probation and restitution and i could hang with my buddy anymore. Ok no problem I accepted this and was fine. They wanted to put me in jail for this as well but I was very lucky that people knew me well enough in town to know that it was just the booze, but anyway. This other person who did some nasty stuff to his daughter only got a year and a half probation and therapy. Now that doesn't seem right.

Another situation, I have a friend that was raped, its been about a year or so since this happened and she has been in and outta court more times than i can remember. But here is the criminal part, the proceedings never get off the ground because it keeps getting remanded. This is retarded, it puts more stress on a person and pulls them outta school or work more times than needed, remanding is retarded, get it done and if something new pops up deal with it then don't waste peoples time. Its not only the peoples time that gets wasted its the courts and lawyers etc. as well.

So why should we have to wait for our justice or why should having an excuse lower the sentence. We are humans and we are intelligent creature right? So everyone should be responsible for their actions, no excuses. I think they should rewrite convictions and none of this 10 to 15 years. 1 number is all we need, make it 12 or something and make it stick, no getting paroled or whatever.

Now first offenses, depending on what has happened, should have leniency. Now for murder and serious stuff like that, no chances. Strait to jail do not pass go do not collect $200.
