The Origin Of Moosishness
Scientific discovery shocks the World
Finally, the origin of what we know as 'moosishness' has been revealed to the world. It has been scientifically proven that there is an actual physiological difference between peasants and mooses.
The discovery was made on 29th April, 1999 in Worcester, UK. It involved an area underneath the peasantine brain, known as the hypothalamus, often called
'the seat of the emotions'. In mooses, this was found to have a rather unusual effect on behaviour.
Moosish scientists believe that this could be the part of the body where the spirit on Muanga dwells. From here Muanga can control the behaviour of a moose. Peasants, however, do not contain his spirit in their hypothalamus, and therefore are not prone to moosish behaviour. Therefore the moosish hypothalamus has been renamed the 'hypothalamOOse', so that the difference is apparent.

Extract from The Evening Moose, April 30th 1999.
