Becoming a Citizen...
Hey, you... Yeah, you. Wanna be eligible for all of the exciting citizen only contests and exclusives? Do you want your name to grace the pages of Shawalla Walla, and be etched into Shawalla Walla history. If you're one of the three people who do, then read on!
Civilians:Civilians are those who pledge at least $5, and at the most $20 to Shawalla Walla, or write a freelance article. Their names will be posted and will be etched into Shawalla Walla history.
Citizens:Citizens are those who pledge at least $20, write a monthly column for the newspaper, or do something significant for Shawalla Walla. These loyal members of Shawalla Walla society are eligible for all Shawalla Walla exclusives and citizen only contests. They also get their names posted.
Finally, there's the Elite Citizens: The 5 elite citizens are the most loyal of the citizens, and get their own personal bio. These people, unless approached by either Davanthar or Waderick, must start out as citizens, and once prove themselves, become elite. There can be a maximum of 5, and once you become one, you could lose it to another. The rewards of being an elite are wondrous, though. You gain access to the newspaper, and, if for any reason, Waderick has to go, he will be temporarily replaced by an elite. (If Davanthar leaves, he will be replaced by Waderick.)
Officals:These are hand-picked by Davanthar, and aren�t replaced unless they have to leave, and if so, are either replaced by the next lowest official, or by an elite.
