Name: Camcer Man
Actor: William B. Davis
Although a man of quite considerable power we know very little about him. He is almost always
seen in Skinner's office after either Mulder or Scully leave his office. We also know that
he is the american representative of a world-wide body set up to hide the fact that aliens
exist, as seen in "Anasazi","The Blessing Way" and "Paper Clip".
Another "name" that he is given is Smoking Man, but I prefer Cancer Man as it sounds all
that more sinister. Smoking Man sounds like some sort of, translated, American Indian name.
Has anyone got a picture of Cancer Man or William Davis? If so
