Actor: Steven Williams
He is Mulder's current contact higher up in the FBI or the government after the death of
Deep Throat. He is an acquaintance of Deep Throat and is
sometimes called upon by Mulder to give information to him. He is signalled when Mulder
marks an X, using masking tape, in lower right hand "square" of his main window and shines
a light through it.
During Season 2 Mulder broke off contact with him, because of his reluctance to help.
Although in "Anasazi" tried once again to contact him. This attempt lead to his attempted
murder.
