AND NOW FOR ANOTHER EXCITING EPISODE OF THE CONTINUING SAGA OF THE SPACE BARON!!!!!!!
"My God, it can't be true!"
"What can't be true?" said Space Baron responding to the sheer panic in Brian's voice. "What is it, what are you talking about, why won't you tell me? Are you some kind of control freak that you won't tell me? what are you trying to do to me you crazy son of a bitch? why the fuck won't you just tell me?"
"Have you finished?" said Brian, his fear subsiding and being replaced by anger."Are you finished have you stopped your goddamn fucking bullshitting why the hell do you always just go on and on and on and on andonaodnaodndaoandnaandon until I can't tell the words apart any more?"
"Yes, I've finished,"said Space Baron Calmly,"could you please now tell me what it is that you are wanting to be telling me please?"
"Ok,"said Brian, his voice also steadying," there's two things really, there's the fact that I haven't seen one piece of descriptive writing around here yet, and also the fact that that nuclear reactor over yonder is about to blow up."
As his hair billowed like silk in the faint breath of breeze from the air conditioner Space Baron's well shaped mouth with slightly too thin lips replied, "I think the decision has already been made for us."
The hairs on Brians arm stuck up like trees in a Canadian pine forest from the static that burned in the synthetic leather chair next to which he stood, "Yeah" he said, "It's just a pity our dialogue has to suffer as a result."
Somewhere, in a serene forest far from all the hellish realities of the steel world of the Space Baron a fox was silently hunting it's prey, a small mouse, oblivious to the danger. Nearby the brown, living, woody bark of a tree broke into a broad grin as it realised the ultimate irony of the whole situation "This has got nothing to do with the rest of the story, has it." it mused bfore remembering it was a tree and that it therefore couldn't muse, before remembering that it couldn't remember either and promptly doing something that only Clinton DeBruyn could understand but something that would definitely involve the space time continuum.
Looks like I'll be doing the nuclear reactor next time.
