"I'm sick of this humdrum rat race, let's go on a holiday." Said Space Baron, the excitement of a good idea brightening his chiselled features.
"But we've only been back from the uni holidays for thirty seconds" replied Brian.
But his replies fell on deaf ears, Space Baron's chiselled hearing organs were focusing on the task ahead. "If we catch a train to Townsville we can see the scenery of Queensland, ride on a train AND meet interesting people enjoying Townsville's Vibrant Night Life." he thought to himself. "That's the first time I've ever thought anything." he thought again.
"Lucky we have a telepathic link." thought Brian cheekily.
"Geez he's annoying sometimes" Space Baron thought nastily.
After fifteen minutes Space Baron and Brian were in the car on the way to the train station.
"I'd like a bit of that." thought Space Baron as they saw a girl on Elizabeth street.
"Hohoorrrr, and that." thought Brian as they saw a young couple walking together.
"And what about that one????" thought space Baron, still sitting at the traffic lights on Elizabeth street.
"Geez, that's beatiful" thought Brian, as the light turned green.
"Who, I don't see anyone." said Space Baron, having read Brian's thoughts.
"Oh, she's gone now, she was just there." said Brian guiltily.
"There's only that construction worker, he's the only person for miles." said Space Baron.
"No, it wasn't him, there really was a girl she was just over there."
"Describe her then you fairy." said Space Baron, getting agressive.
"She was tall and blonde, with big bouncy things and brown eyes and a black dress and red shoes and brown hair and a gold watch and a long sleeved fur coat, and jeans and red hair." blurted Brian in panic.
"On second thoughts I don't like the idea of spending a night in a cramped train carriage with you, I'm going home. The holiday's off."
The End
