If you watch any WWF programing you are familiar with Michael Cole. Always the consumate straight man, Cole, takes verbal abuse from almost all of the WWF superstars. It's painful to watch. Almost as painful as listening to Cole and Kevin Kelly do commentary on Sunday Night Heat. In the immortal words of Owen Hart: "It's time for a change!"
How do we save ourselves for such a horrible thing? Give Tom Green Michael Cole's job. Tom Green would be one of the few announcers not afraid of the Rock's offers of freshly squeezed monkey piss. In fact, he'd probably ask for it.
Tom Green NEEDS Michael Cole's job. He should work as a personality interviewing wrestlers in and out of the ring. Heck! he should be allowed to participate in some of the story lines and wrassle if he wants. He could be Kurt Angle's manager. Kurt can be the most celebrated REAL athlete in the WWF, while Tom Green is the most celebrated funny man in the WWF.
