Who is "Wonko the Sane"?

Sir or Madam,
If you had ever read So Long, and Thanks for all the Fish of Douglas Adams' 5-book The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy Trilogy, you would not be asking me that question.

In the Guide, Wonko the Sane was a man who decided the entire world had gone mad. To that end, he built the Asylum in which he would keep the world. How does one build an asylum big enough for the entire world, you ask? Simple. Build an asylum inside-out. Wonko built a house inside-out and called it "Outside the Asylum." From then on, Wonko never went inside the Asylum.

Upon reading this, I decided that "Wonko the Sane" should be my alias. Consequently, it is.

What are the "Soulless Minions of Orthodoxy"?

The Soulless Minions of Orthodoxy are a group. A group of people whose objective is to spread the influence of logic and clear thinking. That is all the information I am allowed to give at this point.
