Our machines uses electronic + pneumatic logic combibation to provide automatic controls. A standart compressor using normal pressure and air glow is all that is required to operate our filling machines.

The fill time for a C6578 is 20 seconds and we ensure that your labour time till the end of the package will be 3 mins for a quality C6578. 

Emptying and Ink Level Checking Process

Any remaining ink before refilling a cartridge can cause print failures, Leaking ink, poor cartridge page out put and cross color contamination. Before filling, cartridge must be empty and checked ink levels and nozzles. In a 3 color cartridge you never know how much ink is in each chamber unless it is emptied. The only way to procesdure a quality cartridge is to empty the ink out of the cartridge and check the ink levels of each chamber, if they are equal you can remanufacture the cartrdige. Our system is unique in the world. While our machines are emptying the cartridges, they are also checling the nozzles are open or clogges by dried ink on printhead. If one of the colors is not coming out from cartridge, the ink level indicators will inform you this. When tree colors go equal, you can fill it and this cartridge will work properly.

This machine is designed to fill all colour cartridges with printhead cartridges. It has 1 filling station for HP 51641 / C6625A / C1823 / C6578 series cartridges. Filling system is completely automatic. When you push the start / stop button, needles will go down, will fill ink, and go back up automatically. You can adjust the ink amount and also select which colour you want to fill. The machine uses Vacuum Fill system, cartridges are filled under vacuum, cartridges doesn't need priming after fill and can go directly to the print test. colour contamination, missing colour and leaking problems will never happen with this Vacuum Fill system. It has 1 universal filling needles for filling HP 51625A / 51649A, Lexmark, Xerox and Canon colour cartridges with printhead. You can adjust the ink amount and also select which colour you want to fill. It has a sucking cap to balance and priming for sponge type colour and black cartridges.

This machine is designed to fill all colour cartridges with resident print heads. This unit has ONE main filling station designed for the large profile HP range of colour cartridges, including: 51641A / C6625A / C1823D / C6578D series cartridges. The filling system is completely automatic. When pushing the start / stop button the needles will depress and fill ink into the cartridge, and thereafter return to the up position automatically. You can electronically adjust the ink fill quantity (ml) and also select which colour you want to fill (either simultaneously in all 3 chambers or individually, whatever your preference). The machine employs the use of a unique Vacuum Filling system for HP 23 / 25 / 41 / 78 series cartridges. These cartridges are filled under vacuum, cartridges do not need priming after filling! You can go directly to the print test. Normal problems experienced with colour cartridge remanufacturing will disappear, these include: cross colour contamination; missing colour(s) and leaking problems. Additionally, this unit has an Emptying and Ink Level Checking station for HP 23 / 25 / 41 / 78 series cartridges. This machine offers greater diversity with a universal filling station. These are in the form of automatically feeding needles for filling the following cartridge types: HP51625A, HP51649A as well as most Lexmark, Xerox and Canon colour cartridges with resident print heads. You can adjust the ink amount and also select which colour you want to fill. This station also has a sucking cap to balance and prime cartridges for most every sponge-based type colour and black cartridge. This unit requires compressed air. It works at 110V or 220V main supply (please specify during order).
