We're a set of friendly folk here at the cave bar...

Nikos built the bar and has owned it for 14 years. He prides himself on his hospitality. Always ready to please...he may please you a little too much (watch the steps as you leave)! but you'll never forget him...

Stella works with Nikos behind the bar mixing cocktails. She's polite, coversational and having a fight for the stool with Condair the cat at the moment...

Condair is the bar's resident cat. He's not one to be bossed around easily, as you can tell (he's not giving up that stool for anyone)! He's always a hit with the kids though...

Faye (in the middle) is the cocktail waitress. Here she is, happy as usual, with Nicos and Stella... What a team!
You can always expect a top-notch waitress service here, so if you don't fancy staying at the bar, you won't feel left out!...

Here's Faye's Boyfriend and Nicos' Son, Yiannis. A towering Greek-God of a bloke, he always catches the ladies' eye...
