  • Here's a blatant plug for two other sites related to yours truly. You can check out my online diary, or you can look at my weblog. Both sites are in their infancy, so there's not much there now, but they will grow with time. Check out the sites which made those possible: Diaryland and Pitas.

  • Hissyfit is called the complainingest site on the web and I'd have to agree. Phenomenal writing by some groovy people about anything that bugs them.

  • ChickClick Girl Sites that don't fake it is their slogan. A listing of sites writen by and geared towards women. It's where I first found out about Hissyfit.

  • Sins is about to be a very cool online magazine. Right now it is an online journal for the author Carly Milne who discusses on the site her struggles to get the magazine up and running as well as the amusing trials and tribulations of her life. She's mentioned me on the site twice and thinks I'm cool. Go check her out already.

  • xeney.com is an online magazine of sorts written by a cranky gen-x lawyer that I found by accident and then discovered that it was written by one of the most (in)famous online journalers out there. The main site has a bunch of articles written on various topics, but there is also a link to her most recent journal as well as past archives.

  • Facade is another cool site where you can go to get your tarot cards or runes read online if you don't want to learn how to do it yourself.

  • The SETI League has a cool site dealing with extraterrestrial lifeforms and there is even a really cool story about space travel called They're Made out of Meat.

  • White Wolf Online for all you gamer geeks. Check out all the information on Vampire the Masquerade.

  • The Lipstick Library is a very cool site that lists lipsticks by color. I found it while I was searching for blue lipstick.

I probably spend far too much time on surfing the internet, truth be told. Actually, I've gotten far better lately since I'm not online at work. Since I'm limited to at home hours now, I've spent much less time glued to the computer screen which is a very good thing. There are still a few places I visit regularly though. Here are some of my favorite places on the web. Some I visit every day, some I forget about until I look at this page. In any case, they're worth mentioning.
