At the time of her disappearance Ms. Lyall was a student at the State University of Albany. Possibly last seen exiting a CDTA bus at Collins Circle at the SUNY uptown campus wearing a long black trence coat, blue jeans and a black shirt. She may have been carrying a black bookbag or totebag.
