My Awards!

Here are *my* awards. If you want to have them for your site, just fill the form below.

There are few prerequisites to be eligible:

You understand that I am the only one who makes the decision. Don't go mad if I do not award your site, it's just my opinion, not the SuperBowl match.
Incidentally, it will be better if I *can* understand what I'm seeing: an English speaking page, an Italian page (!) or a French page will be the best choice.
The other languages are mostly out for me, sorry.
The site must be a special one: beautiful graphics, good contents, creativity, ideas and so on. Also, it must be under a minimum of care and maintenance. I can admit some broken link, not *a lot*; I admit unfrequent updates, not forgotten pages.
A flat, slow page filled of links, perhaps often broken, is *not* eligible. Also, a framed page has high probability to be discarded, if not really a cool one (excuse me, I don't love frames...).
Please, submit sites that don't need a weekend to load... While it is not strictly mandatory, this could make the difference between being or not being awarded (see again point 2).
Sorry, no racism, no hate, no stupidity. No porn, too. Personally, I am not easily offended by explicit sex, but I understand a lot of people could be. My site received some awards from family oriented pages, so I wanna keep the profile that gave me those signs of appreciation. This way, only very tasteful sexy sites could eventually be considered.

I will keep a list of links to the awarded pages (but Cool Sites), and I will randomly check those pages again sometimes. If I would find a page which quality is no more the one I awarded, I can and will ask to remove the badge, and I will erase the link from the Winners List. Anyway, after the previous selection criteria are matched again, a new award request can be posted.

Also, BE PATIENT! I have not a lot of time to review sites, then it may pass some before I can take a look at your page.

And, for the general rules, that's all. More specifically, here there are the criteria to assign an award or another:

The Cool Site Award is intended for sites that at least are responding to the previuosly listed prerequisites, and that are -obviously- cool.
Let's say the sites into this class should amuse me.
The Bronze Award is for sites as at point 1, with a better design and contents, and clearly outstanding.
I should be impressed.
The Silver Award is for sites as at point 2, with a greater design and contents, and outstanding high.
I should be very impressed.
The Gold Award is for sites as at point 3, with exceptional design and contents, and outstanding at highest levels.
I should be deeply impressed.
The Excellence Award is for sites as at point 4, with design and contents so creative, good and outstanding that there would be no doubt that it is the work of a Master.
I should be astonished.
Nobody can apply for this highest award. I will offer it to those pages, between the gold-awardable ones, that will match the above description.

Just to give an idea, I think this site, the Roberto Reymond's Home(page) would score the Bronze Award: I'm actually not yet sure it's good enough for the Silver one...

Too hard contest? Hmmm... Yes, it *is* hard. But this way the prize will have more sense.
