So when you write ask the lady to enclose a coupon in her reply. $5, $10 or whatever it is their only source for stamps and stationary. The ladies have to buy their own personal hygiene, soap, shampoo and the like. They like to stay pretty, even in prison. Maybe you would like to help them out. Some ladies work in prison, doing menial jobs, for peanuts. A few bucks can lightens anyones day. Also you must be 18 to write an inmate. So keep that in mind. Phone calls are expensive, around $.80 per minute. Many items are double the outside world price. The corporations that run these faculities are stuffing their pockets. If you need help think of something to say view the sample letter, copy and paste to your word processor and go from there.
