All I have of Pidd 95.

Archaeology

Ahh Area E There was some evidence of burning. Hypocaust system Picture of the well General view of the site Site including the well Well I never
Cheers to Mel for these photos from 95 to compliment my meager few. Area E had already become like an old friend (always talking about you behind your back and taking you for all you've got without ever giving anything in return). Looks like he was quite interested in the well. After all it was only a hole in the ground.

On Site Silliness

Andy HOW MANY games did you bring? Pesky Arabs! Lee Chest? The Usual Suspects Trust me I'm a cowboy Monopoly money - even paying site fees is a game to some. Smirky Scott
Andy turned up with his tent (tiny green thing that looks half collapsed when its erected), two changes of clothes and a baggage train of sherpas to carry his games. Mind you he doesn't need a board to play - turning everything into a game is childs' play to Andy (probably just as well) as you can see when he payed his site fees using Monopoly Money. (Area E is definately the Old Kent Road of Pidd). Thank again to Mel.

The Pub

Andy and Hillary, Scott and Vicky Lee (or is it Kenny?) and Me In the Pub Spooooooons Tim, Chris & Tina
This was the year that my camera died. I think it was too hot for it. So sadly these are all the photos I have of this year. All taken in the Pub. This was the year Hillary first turned up and Scott brought along Vicky who he had typically broken up with shortly before.
The Piddington Times This year was also to see something that has changed the face of Piddington for ever. Yes the first written account of Piddington dropped through peoples letter boxes in the form of "The Piddington Times" complete with Who's Who, scanned photos and Awards.
