Many teens are very worried about their health. I don't blame them. I am worried about mine myself.
Most girls are worried about how skinny they are and if they have a pretty face or not. Well I think the ideal weight for a teenager (female) that is 5,5, is 110lbs. I for one think that my weight is accecptable even though I am not 5,5. In my opinion, girls or boys should not starve themselves to lose weight. I think that a balanced diet with about eight cups of water will let anbody have the ideal figure. Some of you out there may think that I am a fool to think that but it works for me. :)
 
The Right Foods
I think that if you are on a diet then you could follow these eating patterns.
Breakfast: You could eat fruit, drink 100% pure fruit juice, or eat a bagle with fat free cream cheese.
Lunch: You could have a glass or water, and eat a salad.
Dinner: You could eat stir fried chicken, rice, and vegtables.
You could have a fat snack about once a month. You need also to at least drink eight cups of water a day.
 
Sports
I think that you should not do anything that would be uncomfortable when you are doing sports. You should set yourself a limit and not go over that limit. Don't push yourself too hard.
