About My Art & Me

My art is done from pictures I take from the back of our Heritage Softail Classic.

These original works of art are done in pastel chalks.

Most of my work is 19.5" x 25.5" and done on CansonMi teintes archival quality art paper.

I also have some art which is bigger - around 30" x 40"

and I can do art even bigger than that.

I plan to be selling quality art prints soon ~

unless I can get that Harley deal I've been hoping for!

So if you like something please let me know,

maybe it'll be the first one I have prints made of.

About me...

Me? I'm happily married (24 years in April!) to a wonderful guy (and excellent motorcycle pilot). We have three great kids, three cats and lots of other critters. We love family life, but we also love escaping on our Harley every once in a while. My husband enjoys the driving, so I gladly leave that to him and just enjoy the ride and the view while I take pictures of all that we see....later I get to relive the rides over and over again as I plan which pictures to draw and then as I work on them.

This is us on the trip that started it all.

I got the idea to rent a Harley for my husband for a Christmas present~

the first thing he said when he sat on it? "I'm in LOVE!"

One year & 7 months later we were the proud parents of this cute li'l softail.

That's a great promotional plan you've got going there,

and I didn't even realize it when I ordered that first rental gift certificate.

But we're very happy with our Harley

and I finally know exactly what kind of art I want to be doing!
