The Skull of Fear

The Skull of Fear allows the drinker to induce fear in any/all nearby beings. I obtained this Skull of Power after the death of my previous friend, Aleister Crowley. Mr. Crowley had the uncanny ability to strike fear in the heart of any being. This ability led most to believe that he was purely evil. In fact, he was a pleasant fellow who just happened to be mostly insane. He willed his skull to me in a private agreement.
