Kaworu is the 5th child. He was born on the exact day of the Second Impact. Kaworu comes to Nerv to replace Asuka as the pilot of unit 02 in episode 24. However it is found out that he is in fact the 17th Angel. He was also used as SEELE's Dummy Plug System in production models 05-13. Not much more is known about Kaworu.
