SGGAF Luncheons - Location and Directions

Luncheons are usually held at Trina's, 12:00 Noon until whatever... even dinner...  we are usually there for at least a couple of hours; five hours is the record for a luncheon.  Sometimes they are held at Tom's Farms and directions are further down for that.

Please let me know if you like to entertain in some way.. sing, play an instrument, dance, puppets, juggle, magic, card tricks, etc.  Also let me know if there is something you would like to share on the website — photos, stories, poems, etc.

Trina's, 3370 Hamner Avenue, Norco CA 92860
(909) 808-4200

DIRECTIONS:

Take the I-15 freeway (either North or South) to the Sixth Street exit in Norco.  If you are heading south, you will turn right at the end of the offramp; if you are heading north, you will turn left at the end of the offramp.  Go to Hamner (just a little bit from the freeway itself) and turn left (south). Trina's is about a block away on the southwest corner (on your right) of Hamner and Fifth.

If you look at the map for Tom's Farms down below on this page, Trina's is sort of right below where it says "Chino" on the 15 on the first map.

Time for arrival (approximate) is 12:00 NOON... We will be there until approx. 2:00 or 3:00 P.M. Don't arrive too early... they won't be open yet - they currently open the doors at about 11:30!

R.S.V.P. as soon as possible each time so that we can give them an approximate count to set up accommodations. If you are unable to give us a definite response in advance, please come anyway, you are welcome * and we'll work around it.

When the weather is neither too hot nor too cold, we like to have picnic luncheons at:

Tom's Farms
23900 Temescal Canyon Road
Corona CA 92882

This is fairly near where we usually have our regular luncheons, even nearer to where we used to have them at Live Oak Inn.  It's south of Corona just west of the 15 Freeway on Temescal Canyon Road.  It's probably 10-12 miles south of where we usually meet at Trina's in Norco.  Lovely place to have a nice picnic and visit under the shade trees, listening to the band!

Bring a picnic lunch or buy hamburgers and such at Tom's Farms Old Fashioned Hamburgers ,or buy gourmet snacks and stuff at the gourmet food shop. There is a lovely picnic area and you will find us somewhere there — they don't let anyone reserve tables, so we will try to get there and grab a couple early.  We will try to be near the same place as last time — near the last parking lot on the south end — go past the hamburger restaurant and then you will see another large parking lot.

There's a petting zoo, Cheese, Wine and Deli (and lots of gourmet foods, snacks, and drinks), a HUGE place where you can buy gifts, antiques, and reproductions, a very large fruit stand, a shop that sells nuts and candies (with a whole sugar-free section!), and The Bird's Nest, which is a shop with pet birds and accessories.

Dress cool, casual, and comfortable... but this is SoCA, and I'm sure you all know to be prepared for whatever.  The way my luck runs as to planning luncheon days... maybe it will RAIN!!!

Okay... so here are some maps...  the first one is freeways from all around SoCA...

This is a little closer up...  if you've ever been to Glen Ivy, it's right near there, also.

This doesn't have the name of the road on it... but it's Temescal Canyon Road.

The parking lot I mentioned would be at the bottom of the X in this map.
