This testament is being reprinted to remind the strong of thier duty to punish the weak. It is hoped that the strong will take it upon themselves to chastise the sloth and arrogance displayed by the weak in this day, and take their rightful
place as masters of the apathetic masses. It is a time when the strong most remember the deeds of their ancestors.
This edition is copyed from one of the few remaining copys known in existence.
It is hoped that this new edition will carry out the precident set by the mighty
distance teams of the past. that the spirit of punishment will live on in the minds of the strong.

PREFACE:
This book is for all those who enjoy punishment. It was written during a time when the such as ***** and such thought causing trouble was what people wanted. Although they are wrong they will lead you to believe you are wrong, but I guess that's their ignorance.
The pages marked angry signs are some whitty signs made for the track team. The weak that they speak of is other teams although some, but not all, of the girls hated these and thought they were satanic... well that's just too bad. Of course we hope you enjoy this.

It had been a time where the strong out numbered the weak, but the blastphamy of the weak had brought upon the world chaos and dispair. Technology came to a stop, poverty increased. The only progress made by the strong was that of trying to correct the sinfulness of the weak. Slowly the weak came to power. Some said they were born weak, but it was due to the fact that they were lazy or thought they knew everything. Finally after many years of correcting the sodomic ways of the weak, a young pissed off man rose from the ranks of the strong. He called himself the Anti-Queer. He told the other strong of the wrongs they had commited by allowing sodomy to occur. One day a man rose from the crowd and said, "how do you propose we put an end to this weakfulness?" The Anti-Queer said "There is but one end.", he said, "punishment, punishment is the only cure." He then said, "For I have said and it is writ: The time of grace for the weak has passed and it shall be for the strong to lay forth punishment," he said, "let us gather in our multitudes and breed the anger that will overcome the weak. I will first allow the ignorance to manifest and grow among the weak." This was a good idea the Anti-Queer had. over the next few months the ignorance grew, the weak began to believe that nothing could hurt them. then he said, "I shall manifest fear," for the ignorance had gotten to the point were queers were pumping and raping children in the streets. the sluts started having more kids, collecting more welfare and progress totally stopped. The fear of the strong overcame the weak as the strong began hunting down the weak. Although the weak were now deathly afraid of the strong the ignorance that had grown among them had made it so they wouldn't know to hide. The Anti-Queer then gathered all the strong in the town square and said, "Now we shall, in our fullest rage, lay forth punishment. For the time of conquest has come, the ignorance and fear has overtaken the weak and our regin of torment shal be made known to them." So with bats and giant nets of steel mesh the strong set out to lay forth punishment. The punishment that was so graciously being offered to the weak was decided by the Anti-Queer and the counsel of elders. The first punishment was to remove the crybaby that had been put in charge of the country. This leader's name was BleedingHeart Sissy and he was the weakest of them all. This leader had tricked the stronginto thinking they were the weak and the weak were the strong. This so called man had ordered that all the coal burning plants be shut down, which brought much dispair to the land. But now his reign has come to an end as the Anti-Queer and his powerful minions had stormed into his house laying forth punishment. They captured him and beat him with sticks, he screamed for help, but to deaf ears, he asked for pity, only ampathy was shown, he asked for mercy, only punishment occured. After the beating BleedHeart Sissy was taken to a coal burning plant where his plummeled body and tormented soul were thrown into the flames of burning coal. And the strong laughed as he screamed in terror. The next punishment the Anti-Queer said was to, "gather the weak with our steel nets and deliver upon their worthless lives the beatings that would cure them." But then an ignorant soul rose from the crowd to say, "but sir would not such a beating kill them." The Anti-Queer resonded simply by pulling a 9mm from his coat and firing. So storming the streets of the city chanting, "punishment is due", the Anti-Queer and his minions raped and piliaged the weak. Those who died in the strengthening were deemed by the law as weak and had their corpses burned at the city coal burner. For those who lived the Anti-Queer made the proclimation of punishment and said, "Those who have survived the streangthening are weak and shall be damned for their ways. For they, their children, and infinite generations to follow, shall by my proclomation of punishment be enslaved by the coal burning plants and their owners." A large chear rose from the masses as the Anti-Queer said, "those who speak of equality for the weak are them themselves weak and shall be dealt with appropriatly." This is where peace befell the land, technology rapidly advanced, poverty ceased, chaos and despair were unheard of. Only peace and happiness for the strong.
