Mrs. Linda L. Guevara was born on May 26, 1941, in Gigaquit, Surigao del Norte, Philippines.  She is the oldest of eight children (four brothers and three sisters).  Linda is a registered nurse and is the office nurse and manager of Dr. Jose R. Guevara's private medical practice in Algonquin, Illinois.  If you didn't catch the name of the doctor, Dr. Jose R. Guevara is her husband.

Linda and "Joe" have four children; Joy, Lorie, Jay, and Julie, and are blessed with four grandchildren; Elizabeth, Marek, Lillie, and Maysie Olivia (with the fifth one on the way!).  Linda was one of the founding members of the Amihan Club almost 25 years ago and hopes to stay active for many more years to come.

A golf fanatic, Linda enjoys vacations where golf clinics are part of the vacation package!!!  Ten years from now, Linda hope to still be swinging the golf club, but also "hopes to continue enjoying the company of my friends at the Amihan Club, especially playing mahjong and/or piat-piat."
