School Stuff
Band
--In my high school band, I play the
Alto sax, Bari sax, French horn, and
Mellophone. This season, I'm playing
the french horn.
--Our field show this year featured
songs from the 70's. Including,"Does
anybody really know what time it is?",
And "After the love has gone". I
think, "After the love has gone" is
a very pretty closer.
--I love to play, that is what I'm in
my school's jazz band, as the Barri
player. We meet once a week to play
fun stuff like "Killer joe", "When a
man loves a woman", and "Granada
smoothie".
--Last year my school's performing
arts department went to Orlando
during spring break. I was there
as the Barri player. In Orlando
we went to Disneyworld and performed.
Also went to a rating festival. Plus
many memories... :)
~I wish my Mellophone was this new.~
Choir
--This is my first year in choir. Last
year I did some crew work. I'm now in
the intermidiate choir (A cappella).
I also did crew for drama earlier this
year.
--The choir did Grease and Messiah earlier
this year. We're now preparing Disney music
for our district concert.
--This year our school decided to put on a
musical. Proudly, I got the job as stage
manger.
Track
--This is my first year in track. I'm a
long jumper. I'm now trying to add
triple jump and pole vault as events.
--Finally, my first meet ! At Alhambra
High School, city of Alhambra.
Their team has a good amount of female
athletes. Out numbered us almost 1 to 3.
Even the guys were out numbered that way !
A very strong team, we didn't have a chance.
We took most seconds and thirds. You know
who got the rest.
--I'm on my way to build my track page,
soon to come.
