This is self explainig you can name this computer anything you want. Workgroup name must be the same on all computers on your network. Now just click on Access Control that will bring up this window
This lets you limit access to your resources. Once finished here hit ok you will be propted to reboot once you reboot your network will be working if not go to Troubleshoting. Have fun
