Bee Removal From An Enclosed Area
If the bees are in an enclosed area (like in a wall, or roof), then some kind of fogger(fumigant) needs to be used. This does not kill on contact like a wasp and hornet spray, but kills the insects as they breath it. Most Reach Foggers are designed to be used to fumigate a room. The button "catches" when depressed so it stays on to empty the entire can. Before I use a can like this I trim off the little tabs that cause the button to catch. This way the fogger will shut off when the button is released. Be careful using a fogger. DO NOT BREATH THIS STUFF! Always stay upwind if outside. If inside, ventilate the house. Most bees enter a wall or roof from outside, so a person should not have to fumigate inside the house.
