Bee Removal From An Open Space
If the bees are out in the open they can easily be exterminated with a "wasp and hornet" spray, or soaked down with soapy water. Or they can be brushed into a box by a beekeeper. You may have a soft heart for insects and hate to see them killed, but most beekeepers don't have any desire to waste their time trying to domesticate Africanized bees.
Many "wasp and hornet" sprays will spray a stream up to 20 feet away so you can stand a safe distance away. 20 ft is generally a safe distance in the dark. This kills on contact, it is not a fumegant.
Soapy water suffocates bees when the soap covers their breathing holes on their body.
When bees are seen hanging on the side of a structure they may be partially in the wall and partially out in the open. A wasp and hornet spray will not kill the bees inside the wall.
