You have questions?? Most people do, so I've posted some of the more frequently asked ones here. Q: Are you an employee for Leith,Inc. or Autobytel? A: I am an employee of Leith Inc., one of the largest car dealership groups in North Carolina. I am also a contracted representative for autobytel.com, the premier on-line car buying service. Q: Do I only deal with you? A: Often, yes. I am the ONLY authorized Mitsubishi autobytel.com Manager in this district, so I am the only one who can give you the special pricing. You must always ask for me whenever calling or visiting. Q: What type of people use Autobytel.com? A: Anyone with a computer that wants a great deal. Most either don't have the time for traditional car shopping, or just plain HATE the way conventional dealerships operate. Q: How long does it usually take to complete a deal? A: Many clients are in their new car within two or three days, some as soon as the SAME day. Q: Can I lease through you. A: Yes. Q: Why can't you just email me a price? A: My agreement with autobytel.com requires us to discuss pricing either in person or over the phone. This helps eliminate confusion or misunderstandings. Q: DO you take Trade-ins? A: Yes. Q: I need financing. Can you help? A: Absolutely. I have quite a few lending institutions I work with, and often can save you money.
