Our mission is simple yet simple yet profound:  To S.O.A.R. client growth by making your people more effective through education and making it fun in the process.

S.O.A.R. GROUP has a cutting edge appraoch, which is different from our competitors in several ways:

  • We offer the service of growing a company by first fine tuning the front line, while most consulting firms attempt to make changes working through the executive level or statistical analysis.  Even when management teams have great solicitation strategies, if they are not effectively communicated to those who are expected to implement them, they limit the level of success.
  • We deal with indiduals as people first, then employees.  Our strength lies in our ability to understand personalities and people and how to make the most out of each and everyone of them.
  • We promote S.O.A.R. GROUP as a counseling service, not a consulting service.  Counselors are advisors who guide through collaborative efforts, while most consultants attempt to direct and dictate.  We believe that through educating our clients will empower them to make sound decisions to improve the productivity of the front line.

GROUP promotes the proof of success through a simple understanding of broad-based communication and strategic planning that encompasses all employees.  Most telemarketing consulting firms concentrate on basic organizational, prospect segmentation and analysis structures of the norm.  While these are important, they do not paint the true picture of collaborate teamwork which, is the cornerstone of every successful telemarketing company.
