Q: What is drop-shipping?

A: Drop-shipping is a method of transporting goods from a supplier to a third party under a second party's label (address) so that it appears as though the product came from the second party and not the supplier. This enables the second party to conduct business without having to carry any inventory. KKZ Company offers this service to its distributors. (See policies and procedures for more information.)

Q: What's included in the distributor kit?

A: When you become a KKZ distributor you will receive a complete Start-up Package which includes, The Complete Mail Order Manual, The Distributor Handbook, Complete Promotional Package and Free Consultation and advice. (See Distributor Info for details.)

Q: Do I need to collect sales tax from my customers?

A: This depends on whether or not your state has sales tax. You will only need to collect sales tax from the customers in your state. However, since the laws change you will need to check will your state, or local government office.

Q: What is the cost for shipping/drop-shipping?

A: The cost for shipping/ drop-shipping is the same as it would cost to send an item to you. The cost will also depend on the item being shipped, its weight, etc. Please see Policies and Procedures for additional shipping information.

Q: Do the books have prices on them, if so can I change the price on them?

A: Most of the books we carry do not have prices on them. Some, however do; they come from the publisher this way. However, you are welcome to change the prices. But you may want to consider that the suggested retail price has worked well over the years and changing the price may result in reduced sales. The pricelist indicates which books have prices on them and which do not.

Q: What is shareware?

A: Shareware is what is known as "try-out" computer software. This enables you to use a software program without going to the expense of having to purchase an expensive program. (See Item # 2496 for complete listing of available shareware programs.) These programs can be purchased and duplicated, like the reproduction rights!!

Q: How do I get started and what does it cost?

A: Simply decide what distributorship you wish to purchase, fill out the Distributor Sign-up form here and mail it in or fax it. Or order your distributorship by phone at 1-702-453-0975 with a Visa or MasterCard. It's that simple. No qualifying is necessary! We'll ship your kit within 24 hours! It's only $50 for the Special distributor or $100 for the Super distributor!

Q: Do you give sample copies of your products?

A: Unfortunately, this is not something we offer. However, we do stand by our guarantee, that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and return it to us within 30 days (in saleable condition) we will gladly refund your money less handling costs no questions asked! (There are no refunds on quantity purchases of the same item, imprinted products, reproduction rights, shareware, or mailing lists, but we do guarantee that we will replace the items due to defects, etc.)

Q: What is the difference between the Special and Super distributor plan?

A: The plans are exactly the same except by purchasing the Super distributor plan you are entitled to the greatest discount and with that discount, you would be able to set up your own dealer network and have others sell for you!

Q: How soon will my order be shipped?

A: All of our orders are shipped within 24 hours after we receive payment. However, on some orders such as imprinted materials, it may take 4-7 days before it can be shipped.

Q: How long has KKZ been in business?

A: Mascor publishing has been in business for 5+ years. As a distributor we can offer you the best advice to put you on the road to success. We have learned through trial and error the best ways to run a mail order business. Free consultation is a benefit that you will receive when you become a KKZ distributor.

Q: Am I eligible to purchase at the wholesale price immediately?

Q: How much time do I have to return an item to KKZ when my customer returns it to me?

A: We understand that you have to get the item back from your customer so we're a little more lenient with our distributors. We extend an additional 30 days to our distributors.

Q: What are the best selling items?

A: We have a number of titles that are top sellers. Some have been excellent performers for years, others are fairly new. Look under the confidential price listing here. They are designated by the 3 plus signs (+++) after the catalog number.

Q: How can I avoid getting duplicate names when renting a mailing list?

A: Since we have many repeat buyers for our mailing list we keep a tracking record of every mailing list customer that orders from us, to make sure no names are duplicated.

Q: When I order a mailing list is it for a one time use?

A: Yes, but by paying double the base price for any list you can use your list for multiple mailings.

Q: Are all of your products available for reproduction?

A: No, the only items that KKZ has with reproduction rights are on pages 5-10 in our printed catalog and also we have added a new item to our inventory item # 941, The Home-based Business Publishing Kit which also has reproduction rights. Plus the shareware programs can be purchased and duplicated! Now you can buy all 100+ shareware programs on CD-ROM.

Q: Do you have C.O.D.?

A: No, all orders must be paid in full prior to shipping the item.

Q: As a distributor what is my discount/cost?

A: The discount will vary depending on the item. There is no set discount amount per item. Please see the confidential price listing per item. You also receive discounts of 15% (Special Distributor) & 25% (Super Distributor) on Distributor Supplies shown on pages 60-61 of our printed catalog.

Q: Do you drop-ship overseas?

A: Yes, we do! We have several overseas distributors as well as customers that order from us and our distributors.

Q: What is the best way to get started selling books and information by mail and on the Internet?

A: Select a category of related items. Some of our distributors market only the wholesale directories, while others market the legal kits or reproduction rights.

Q: Can the average person make money selling books, tapes, shareware and CDs by Mail order and on the Internet?
