SHIPPING There are no shipping charges if mailed within the continental USA.  Your order will be shipped by UPS.  Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. SALES TAX There is no sales tax unless you are resident of Florida.  If you are a resident of Florida and paying by snail mail with a check or money or by cash or credit with PayPals, please add the appropriate sales tax to your order.  Florida customers who order via phone or email with a credit or debit card the appropriate sales tax will be included in the charge amount.
