A word of caution. These are heavy!
Drummers call them "LOUD Sticks", and they have
the nasty habit of turning mellow jazz drummers
into rockers. Seriously, these can destroy your
trap set. Initial tests years ago showed that a
typical pair of sticks may last up to six songs
as compared to wodden sticks breaking after three
songs in the hands of the same maniac. If you are
loosing your punch, these may add new life to your
beat. If not, make sure you can afford new gear.
Our tester cried when he finished his first set,
and not because the police showed up either, he had
just looked over his new set of cymbals, but he liked
the sound even if the neighbors didn't.
