SCUBA Equipment
Valves for Drysuits
We manufacture a pair (inlet and exhaust) of pneumatic valves for incorporation in dry-suits (pressurized (SCUBA) diving suits.) Primarily sold as original equipment they are also available here to the consumer directly. If you are a manufacturer of dry-suits please feel free to call for more information about including our valves in your products.
Neckrings for Drysuits
Neckrings are used in conjunction with certain dry-suits to relieve the pressure on the diver's neck when out of the water. We supply quantities for dry-suit manufactures and singles for the consumer. Mid quantities are also available for dive shops. Call, e-mail, or write for more information.
Musical Instruments
24 fret Classic Electric Guitar
We produce a top quality solid-body classic guitar. The design incorporates features not found in other instruments, and resolves several problems existing in standard classic guitars. An instrument made for today's modern professional classic guitarist.
PBT and Nylon Drumsticks
Drumsticks are occasionaly produced as a custom order. We have an injection mold which produces a 2-B sized stick. We can also mold on a small sphere on one end and thread the other to accept a
larger sphere which we also produce. With the variety of
materials available to make these three parts from being
large in itself, the possible combinations are truely great. Our plain stick is molded of black, glass reienforced nylon (or PBT) and is very heavy, and very loud and we are
not to be held liable for damage to your drums and cymbals. Great sticks for extremists, they boost the punch of older drummers who still play rock and roll.
Drumstick Holders
Greg Zagalow is responsible for the design of our (CRABBY) drum-stick holders. They each hold two sticks securely to the side of a drum in just the right place. Drumsticks can be grabbed out of the CRABBY without missing a beat.
If you have a plastic or elastomeric (rubber-like) part which you would like to have prototyped, or produced in volume, contact us. We will be happy to review your needs.
We will hold your ideas in strictest confidence as we examine them. When you are ready, we will provide a quote for desired services, based upon your job.
Often, changes are made to the part design to improve its performance and to reduce the cost of tooling. If you are in the early stages of design, considerable savings may be made by determining these criteria before prototyping. For those who have not designed a plastic part before, becoming acquainted with plastics and moldmaking technology will be of a tremendous value to you as there are major differences in designing with various materials and manufacturing processes.
Begin now with a phone call to us and we will give you a short preliminary consultation at no cost. Afterwards you may wish to send drawings for a formal evaluation, or to put your parts into immediate production.
