Reservation Procedure

When you have decided on your holiday dates, firstly telephone us to confirm that your choice is available. If it is, we will hold a provisional booking for you for three working days, or confirm it straight away with a deposit by credit card.

On receipt of the booking form we will send you a confirmation/invoice. The balance is due for payment eight weeks prior to departure. For bookings within eight weeks of departure, total payment is due at the time of booking.

Approximately four weeks prior to departure we will send you the travel pack with all the necessary details and the procedure on arrival.
