C-STRIP (NON AMMONIATED WAX STRIPPER)
C-STRIP is specially formulated to remove all types of water Emulation waxes and polish
on any water safe flooring.
ADVANTAGES

Effective on high solid finish & waxes
DIRECTIONS
Mix 1 part of C-STRIP concentrate to 10 parts of water.
For heavy wax build-up, dilute to 5 parts water.
Spread C-STRIP solution on the area to be stripped with mop.
Allow floor uniformly wet for five minutes.
Scrub thoroughly with the scrubbing machine equipment
With abrasive stripping pad to break up all softened
finish film and dirt immediately.
For better result, use a wet suction vacuum cleaner
rinse and let dry.

DIRECTIONS
Apply the required amount of WATERLESS HAND CLEANERS on the palm of hands.
Rub thoroughly with both hands.
Wipe of with a piece of cloth or tissue paper.
If desired, rinse with fresh water.

CHEMICAL PROPERTIES
It is a thick paste from blending of solvents, water soap and non- ionized
Dispersing and emulsifying agents, easily soluble in white spirit and water.
In a 10% solution, the pH value is 9.5.

Store chemical below 35*C and keep away from direct ultra-violet sunlight.
PINE DETERGENT
A unique blend of pine disinfectant with effective detergent and deodorising
properties. Specially pH to enhance non rinse cleaning, minimising use of
labour and time.

DIRECTIONS :
PRESPRAYING 1 part RUGBY to 5 parts water.
Prespraying of traffic or heavily soiled 'lanes'
should be standard if best performance is to be
achieved with the lowest level of moisture and the least time spent on the job.
EXTRACTION MACHINERY 1 part RUGBY to up to 50 parts water.
For best result, warm water should be used.
PRECAUTION :
Some carpets do not use a colourfast dye.
Test a small inconspicuous area for clor-fastness
before cleaning entire carpet.

SAFE - ECONOMICAL
(WATER SOLUBLE ENGINE DEGREASER)
COMPOSITION :
A classified blend of solvents, free of toxicity and of caustic cleaners. Eliminates the need
for the use of kerosene, gasoline or other highly inflammable solvents or degreaser.
SPECIFICATION :
Sp. Gravity - 0.87
Odour - Solvent
Colour - Dark Orange
Emulsifiability - Good
USE :
Heavy Duty Cleaning - Dilute 1 part of VECTRA
to parts of water. Spray or brush onto engine
or machinery. Follow with agitation if necessary
and pressure water rinse.
Light Duty Cleaning - Dilute 1 part of VECTRA to parts water.
Dipped Cleaning- Dip or soak parts in 1 part of VECTRA to 10 parts water solution.
remove after 15 minutes and pressure water rinse.
CAUTION :
Combustible in concentrated, contains solvents,
in case of eye contact, flush with plenty of water.
NOTE :
VECTRA is also dilatable with 8 to 10 parts of solvent for heavy duty degreasing and
cleaning.

C-23 General Purpose Cleaner Concentrate ( Neutral )
C-23 is a universal all-purpose frutti aromatic cleaner which is highly recommended as a
safe and economical cleaner for all hard surfaces. As it does not contain any caustic soda,
it is therefore safe for use in all food processing areas. C-23 is ideal for labour saving
cleaning of kitchen surfaces, cups, glasses and dishwashing, floors : marble, terrazo,
asphalt tile, rubber tile, vinyl asbestos, linoleum, wood, plastic and general cleaning and
mild disinfecting. C-23 is pH adjusted and does not contain any harsh abrasives nor
solvents, but grease and other difficult soils and with high foaming properties, makes it
easy to remove all dirt.

M.A.-23 (ALKALINE MULTI PURPOSE CLEANER CONCENTRATE)
M.A.-23 is a heavy duty concentrate for industrial cleaning applications. A blend of
caustic alkalis, phosphates, scale inhibiting sequestering agents and biodegrable wetting
agents.
M.A.-23 when diluted with 30 parts of water will effectively kill most bacteria on hard
surfaces and is used to control mold and mildew.
