In 2000, Maxwell made some changes; the most important being a seemingly
sudden management change [from Hoffman Entertainment to Violator] so that he could pursue other venues of
making mus[z]ic. Appreciators are also waiting the Fall 2000 release of his third major body of work, titled Now. Throughout his short and silently successful career, Maxwell has been a humble and true artist, retaining loyalty to his craft and to himself. Maxwell's music has sent a message that is explicitly felt, even if the listeners don't hear his subtle and profound statement: |
