up procedures and radio calls, followed by take off and standard departure
procedures. Once in the circuit, the instructor will then review the student’s
performance at circuit procedures and emergency procedures in the circuit
(over approximately 3 circuits). Then the instructor has the student
land. Upon landing, the instructor disembarks from the aircraft after
instructing the student to perform 3 complete circuits. After
completion of the 3 circuits, the student will land, finishing with parking
and shut down procedures. The flight will be completed with a post
flight review briefing and a preview of the lesson to come.
EVALUATION:
This flight is considered
successful if at it’s completion :
- The student is
alive
- The aircraft is
undamaged and uncrashed.
- The student has
completed the assigned number (3) of solo circuits.
